Those might have just been settings Abit listed "for future CPU." Overclocking amd 5x86 to 3x150 and 4x160 was very common since most 133mhz parts would do it easily. I think it would identify as the "p90" rating on some boards.
So that might be a lead actually for finding if there ever were "official" 150/160 chips. It would be listed 5x86-P90 or something like that.
The holy grail was 4x50 for 200mhz, but I never could get that to POST with any chip/board combination I had =(
Well that or getting the Cyrix 5x86 to 150 or 160 ;D |

| i think the second is fake too - characters "160" is thinner than other letters in string. |

I always got the impression that if the 150/160 parts did exist they were most likely to be the surface mount package.
That's complete conjecture though! I also might be thinking of how most of the "upgrade adapters" like evergreen started using those... which annoyed me cause I wanted to use the interposer for other things later!
Did they ever make am5x86 notebooks? |

Sorry, I sold everything "Minuteman" (Swiss collector) in 2005. _________________ Fatti non foste a viver come bruti, ma per seguir virtute e canoscenza.
