I just found a Taiwanese cpu collector who showed his collection.

Just want to share this good picture

Nice and large NIB collection.

Does anyone in CPU-world know who is he?

May I have his email If someone know him.

I'd like to buy/trade some boxset FPU and Overdrive. (Don't know how he got them, all brand new and some are Japanese version.)

I will do the same if I were him.

I guess he have a good supplier from Japan so some NIB are Japanese version.

I found he said that he would like to express his special thank to his Japanese friend.

Maybe we should arrange a group buy from Japan supplier if he is willing to disclose the source.

my guess is that he got them from japanese auction site
there are some interesting item on yahoo japan from time to time
but most japanese seller dont like to ship them oversea
i use to ask some agency to buy/bid them for me
(but the cost is pretty high , about 10 USD per action plus 10-15 USD for the shipping inside Japan )
for example , i just lost this item because of the high agency coust

pentium SX972

it is a new sspec and looks good for me
cpubar has another one

Did you guys notice the 486 OD that has a small heatsink on it? Never seen one like this before but then again I don't really collect them.

I noticed that one. I thought it was an overdrive with the heatsink removed and the plate with the specs on it glued straight to the cpu.

The one I found interesting was the 486DX2-66 SX645 with the overdrive style heatsink.
