asus a7a266 mobo
athlon xp 2400+ @ 2.13ghz

ive got 2 sticks of ddr 512mb, one at 400mhz n the other at 333mhz (i know it doesnt make a difference since my mobo will only run them at 266hm but just clarifying that they are mis-matched)
and then ive got another 2 sticks of 512 mb sd ram @ 133 but not of the same brand and another stick of 256mb sd also at 133mh.

question - which one is better for me, 1.25gb of sd ram @ 133mhz, or 1gb of ddr ram at 266mhz??

thanks guys

*note* fsb is sync with either types of ram, so they will run at 142mhz/284mhz

Ddr all the way. And in fact it doesn't mean anything to have pairs of the same capacity, unless the motherboard limits ddr to 1gb.
