I found a really old modem (seems to be 1988)

And i'ld like to identificated the different chips on ... (function, speed,...)

Am7910 - 1200 baud FSK modem, description: http://www.chscene.ch/ccc/habi1/102_fsk_modem.html
NS16450 - async serial controller, same as PC serial port
HY6264 - 8KB static RAM
R5325, R5310, 10464 - Rockwell modem chip set, probably 2400 baud

More information about R6501: it's a 6502-compatible microcontroller with 64 bytes RAM, 2 KB ROM, internal clock oscillator, and extra circuitry (counter, 32 I/O lines, etc).
