Hi there,

I found a strange CPU. It seems to be a 8086-clone marked :

MHS
D-8086-2
(c) INTEL '79

On the back, there is "FRANCE / J-2163-K". That seems odd and I never saw this before. Do you ever heard something about it ? I'll post a pics if needed.

Hi,
MHS should be the company born from the join of Matra and Harris.
I have a couple of MHS mcu like 80c31 or 80c154 with Intel or/and Oki copyright on theme , so your cpu can be a 8086 clone.

If you need I can post some photos.

Regards
Andamus

andamus, you're right about "MHS", but the markings posted by The_Mad say "HMS". I've never heard of HMS before.

MHS are fairly common.

They also made military 8086.
