In fact it's just the name of factory and model name of device on this table:

Moscow Order of the Red Banner of Labour
Factory of automatic lines (or conveyers),
named in honour of 50-th anniversary of USSR

Model TU-460-4-188-73(?)

The short name of this factory is MoZAL,
surprisingly it's still working,
and has a website http://www.comail.ru/~mozal/

Can't find signed model,
but must be some heavy automation machine,
e.g. lathe, grinding or milling machine, etc.
