Here are some more very early AMD ES
first is package number 29993
These are again the canceled Socket G3
AMD had planned socket G3 to arrive with the advent of the previously planned 8-core MCM chip code named Montreal (thus 4-core per die, and 6MB of cache per die)
These should be late 2007 production
These have die that are smaller then the others, so perhaps less cache?
order F2-F3 $22 each
SOLD OUT
last up is package 29883
These are dual die MCM AM2s
Again these are samples of something never released, as I can find NO information on a MCM AM2 based processor
G1-G3 $25 each
SOLD OUT _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
