| Can anyone explain or point me to resources (books, websites, etc.) that can help me better understand how to compare/contrast cpus? |

I guess that the answer is in the numbers fork, E6400 is better than c2d 5600? Is amd 5600+ the same?
I got it now for the joke... guess he was asking for the famous bang for the buck comparison.
