Subj.
According to manual that i have with this motherboard it does not support 1333mhz bus, however, on asus website it says that beta version of the bios, does enables support for 1333 mhz.
QUESTION:
Does anyone have this board and actually tried to install cpu that runs on 1333 FSB and how stable it is?
here is the list of the cpus supported:
http://support.asus.com/cpusupport/cpu_support_right_master.aspx?type=1&name=P5B%20Deluxe/WiFi-AP&SLanguage=en-us&cache=1
(my bios ver is 1238)
(my current cpu is e6600/1066)
thanks _________________ its here. |

Most of p5b deluxe can do fsb 400-450 absolutely stable,
i tried fsb 500 and run it stable for a week without increasing chipset voltage. |

I used E8400 (1333 native bus) and overclocked it.
At default speed all E8x00 will work wih you 1238 bios without any problem. |
