Think i have finally found something not on CPUShack's website Wink

Picked up a nice socketed moto MC68705U3S mcu Very Happy

but i wonder, if CPUShack has just not got around to putting his online Shocked

i will certainly checking out any old telecoms more closely from now on, been some nice finds inside Very Happy

apart from this and the intel out of communication hardware, i also picked up two (2) MC6802P, a Oki M80C85A and quite a few fujistu proms, all out of one old modem Shocked

I've got 2x U3S with different styles of print - one is stamped, the other I think is engraved / laser.

the same modem came up for sale locally on eBay so i thought i would get it seeing it was going cheap.
I expected to find a matching mcu for those chasing one...but

everthing was identical but the mcu... this one is a MC68705U5S Shocked
