I searched the forum but I couldn't find any info on these TI chips.
Anybody know what they are by chance and what system they
were designed for:

CF65503AGA
H 5AZ3433
USA
#2. TI QMV583AY1 J63
CF65871GA
H 5CZ1343
USA
#3. TI QMV583AY1 J63
CF65871GA
H 6CA1FJT
Taiwan
#4. TI QMV583AY1 J63
CF65871GA
H 6CA718T
Taiwan
I have some work to do on the pins but they are all there!
Thanks!! |

i have similar and they came off the beautiful Nortel telecommunication system board pictured.
All my Nortel chips have the QMV... prefix in the chip number.
These are unique, large and handsome chips, if you ask me...
They don't make 'em like this any more, guys! Get some while you can. _________________ My collection list (growing) http://johnorun.x86-guide.com/en/collection.html |
