Last Friday I got this "well-packaged" chip.
It was a very rare Texas Instruments TMS8080JL

wow!

I sometimes wonder on international shipments if customs opens them to inspect, and then rewraps poorly

The morons in UK customs are supposed to mark the parcel with tape and a label indicating that they have been inside. I suspect other countries, excluding 3rd world and some european countries I will not name, will do the same.

Anyway.. bad luck qwerty, maybe sending the seller the picture will help educate them as to the level of packing they should be using.

I did it! I've purchased this chip on eBay - that's why I'm in a quite strong position. Twisted Evil

It is bad luck qwerty. but probably you can straighten the pins by yourself to restore it into a still nice-looking one Smile
