By no way am I up to the level of either of those two guys previosly mentioned when it comes to tubes and stuff, but I have seen a few times tubes listed as enineering samples, usually they are marked like the ones being sold now, and for the BIN price they are asking I would think those guys would be on em like a fat kid on a doughnut.
