This big chip is a Unisys SCAMP processor. It was the CPU of the vintage Unisys A7 series of "micro-mainframes". The SCAMP processor has been fabricated in several different versions, either single and multi-chip. It's basically a vintage CISC design "converted" into the modern CMOS VLSI technology. Quite an unusual processor: great addition to your collection.
