|
|
I have an Athlon II x3 440 with a Motherboard Asrock n68-s ucc. I can unlock the 4th core, see the changes in the BIOS, but then it doesn't start windows 7.
If the 4th core is defective it shouldn't appear in the BIOS. or it doesn't matter.
What can I do?
need some help. Thank you. |

1. Try to raise core voltage a little.
2. Play with ACC settings. On one of my processors I had to change ACC from 'Auto' to '-2' or something similar to make it work.

| Sometimes one (or more) of the cores are disabled for a reason, not to rip you off. You bought a processor with 3 good cores, and got just that. |
