Hey. I consider myself OK at upgrading my computer but the one part I have yet to change is the CPU. I have no idea what to do.

I have a Athlon 2200+.. Thats all I know about it. I was hoping to upgrade to about 3GHz. Would this require a new motherboard or would it just slot in.

Also, would I be worthwhile waiting for a while and buying a 64-bit PC/CPU as they are likely going to be the way forwards.

Just a few simple, 'in general' questions....

Its OK actually. I have decided just to work a bit of overtime and get a Athlon 64 3500+ base unit with other pretty damn good specs. I am just keeping myself up-to-date for when I buy Battlefield 2 Razz
