I have just won a Pentium of the this seller:
http://myworld.ebay.com/instrumentl/
and paid some days before.
today I received a msg he will cancel the transcation and without refund.
Last month I bought two chips from him shipping to AVICC without problem.
Now I cannot contact him:
I get the following when ask him a question:

did he say "without refund" or just that you haven't received refund
Rocky has never allowed non US/Canadian account holders to buy before, so I think the last 2 Pros you managed to buy off him, slipped thru his net.
