need help in cpu upgrade

Hi, i have two questions.
One is upgrading socket A cpu. I have msi KT4A-V and im wondering if it'll run with Sempron 3300+? I checked cpu-upgrade and info on msi site but it doesnt mention sempron 3300+. My mobo runs with 200 fsb with no problem.
Other issue is upgrading acer extensa 5200. Its quite old and i cant find any info on the net. Everest tells it has Acer Grapevine mobo. I checked it for any number or somethin and i found only HBL51 LA-3081P and L20 on the other side. It has Socket M, right now it runs Celeron M 440. Intel Chipset indetification Utility says it has 'Mobile Intel(R) 945GM/GMS/940GML Express Chipsets or Intel(R) 945GT Express Chipset' and Everest shows "Intel Calistoga i945GM/PM". I would like to know what is the best possible cpu for this laptop.
Im kinda new in this chipset-cpu-mobo-upgrading stuff so thank you for understanding:). Sorry for my bad english and thank you for your time.

Since KT4A-V runs 400 FSB, it is compatible with Sempron 3300+. If the BIOS recognizes it, then this CPU will work immediately. If the BIOS does not recognize it, then you will need to adjust FSB and multiplier settings in the BIOS to the correct values.
