A nice 8Mbit - late production too

50ns access time, that's pretty fast for EPROM.

yah wahts interesting is that it has a die BIGGER then the 100ns access time one I have (that was made a couple years earlier)

Magictom, I dont think it is a case of not keeping up, it was simply kicked in the ass by better technology, i.e. flash. I havent looked much into it, but I just assumed newer fabs and improved chip manufacture made earlier eprom manufacture obsolete.
