Subj.
CPU choices:
iC2D 6600 2,4/4/1066 - here is clear but:
iP945 3,4/4/800 -\
iP950 3,4/4/800 -/ Whats the difference in performance ?

anyways what do you think about performance? which cpu is better(faster) for this motherboard, counting the fact rest of components are same.

Thanks.

D 950 have Virtualization technology and more power consumption - max 130W when D 945 max 95W. I'm not sure about which one is faster at stock speed but I would vote for C2D because have very high OC potential and 3,5-3,7 GHz isn't problem for him.

Pentium D 945 performance is not even close to E6600:

http://www.cpu-world.com/Compare/517/Intel_Core_2_Duo_E6600_vs_Intel_Pentium_D_945.html

Pentium D 950 performance should about the same as the 945.
