So far I haven't received your chip which was paid on March 29th, more than 3 months ago. You said your customer always receive chips but my question is when.

For 3 months I received 100+ shipping from all over the world, 5 of them are from Germany, in about one week, even seamail from Asia arrived in 7 weeks. They all arrived only except yours. For 3 months I emailed and pmed you more than 6 times about what's happening and none of them get any response.

It seems you only reply to message when you want to sell something and after the payment you'll never response. I'm not the first person complainning about this. I have been patient enough and I now highly doubt if you shipped anything at all. I need to know when and how it was shipped. Do NOT just take money and run away!

It's interesting that I happened to win two of fRaSsl's ebay items one week ago. This is ironic. I wouldn't even bother to bid if I knew those were his items at the time. After auction he used another email to contact me for payment but I recognized. I decided to hold the payment until I receive the last one. Then he threaten to leave eBay strikes.

This is ridiculous, I paid immediately for the last item and then wait 3 months for it without a single clue about whats happening. I still haven't received it yet, and now he want me to prepay another. I don't see any chance to receive it within a reasonable time, or receive it at all. He hurt his credit himself.

fRaSsl, if you want to leave strikes go ahead! You take the advantage of eBay system to retaliate, while taking the money and run away without any punishment, just because I trusted you to be an honest and responsible person.
What a shame!

It's my task to keep this forum friendly without offense to one person. You confirmed this by joining this forum.
Obviously the package with the Nexgen CPU got lost on the way to US. This happens not very often, but it can happen. Without insurance I have no mean to do anything.
Ask the others and you will see that there have never been troubles...

I will use the means given by ebay to me, to make you pay -- at last to get my money back for a not successful sale. To me, you are a uggly ebay buyer.

Btw: You use the forum for offense and choose the wrong categorie (I'm not for sale Very Happy) for posting. It shows the state of your mind...

I have done business with fRaSsL for about two years or so and have not experienced any trouble at all. I think your package simply disappeared in the snail mail system.

I have lost a few chips during the years but have not made a lot of noise because of that. It is simply something we have to live with. The alternative will be to demand insurance but that will cost extra. If less than 1 percent of the packages disappears we may very well profit from not paying the insurance.

I also have done lots of deals with fRaSsL for a couple of years now and I never had any problems, everything was delivered well packed and in a reasonable amount of time.

If you do not add insurance or at least send it as registered mail (that is, also pay for it) there is no way to find out what happened to a package on the delivery. I also had experiences with lost packages and very long shipping time. It happens rarely but it does.

There have been some cases of personal offence here on this forum before and I think it's legitimate to just delete offensive posts. Please try to clarify your issues with other forum members personally.

Feedback is also part of the sale. There's feedbacks for eBay seller in this forum. Why can't there be feedbacks for seller here?

I know there will be lost in mails. But why you keep silient for 3 months?This will only lead to one conclusion. I've been polite and patient in my messages. It's your ignorance that made me bring this up. As I said I received 100+ shippings from all over the world including seamail, yours are the only one I didn't receive. After refusing to provide any shipping information for 3 months, you are now gonna tell me it's an incident?
I would have believed you if you told me this several weeks ago, but for now, it no longer makes sense. There's people doing good business with you, there's also many people have unpleasant experience with you. When the latter happens, you just delete those posts to "maintain a friendly forum" Very Happy

You still haven't answered my question:
When and how did you shipped it? Show me the proof.

if Frassl send in letter without insurance so he haven't proof. That is in all contries - cheap sending : risk. I waiting now for rare cpus from CPU Shack and I worry that parcell lost Crying or Very sad because 3 weeks ago was send with priority.

That is no frassl fault but haulier's who steal your cpus Sad

When we worry about parcell we pay much more for insurance.

At least there's receipt. I'm not asking for a tracking number, but just some basic shipping information like date and method. He still wouldn't (couldn't?) provide that.

If you paid something and didn't hear anything about it for 3 months, what would you think? I sent many messages and he just keep ignoring them. He comes to the forum almost everyday!

Well he kept me waiting in dark for 3 months and I'm still waiting. I have to be very very patient for any information. When he is asking for money, he expect prompt payment and can't wait. Other wise he will "use the means given by eBay". Very Happy

I don't like losing contact with seller when he receive money Wink . I think seller must send emails too in moments when he nothing knows - I try to say client is very important and contact nothing cost.

3 month left so there is time to reconcile with lost Crying or Very sad

However, my chips did eventually arrive in fine condition. I also felt I had to bring my issue to this forum to get a response.

I think that all the replies that support Frank show this is probably an honest mistake or a lost package. But without communication it is hard to know if it was a mistake (forgot to send package) or a lost package.

I have found for myself that sending an email out when you physically put a package in the mail is really appreciated by most buyers and traders and helps keep down the confusion. Most people are patient if they feel that they are being responded to.

I never had any problems with frassl during the past 4 years, everything fine, all fair deals. But I already lost packages several times, both as sender and (intended) recipient... Confused

Hi everybody,
I don't really want to be involved in this conversation cause I never trade with fRaSsl (he doesn't want to trade with me because at the last transaction I asked him for some pictures Shocked ) but I don't understand something... In another topic, fRaSsl, you blamed Tonyo about some chips you hadn't received and put him in the EBay Early Warning System, and now, you aren't risponsible for what happened to xi11west and said he's an ugly ebayer too. Maybe you have reasons to do that - I aggree, this kind of situation isn't very happy (for buyers and sellers !) - but I think you should choose a stable opinion about it.

PS: I don't want to offence somebody, and scuse for my "frenchy english" Wink

The difference is, that Tonyo doesn't send the items. I'm not the only collector on this forum, who does not trade items with him any longer!

To you: The thing is, you showed me, that you don't trust me. That's why I decided not to sell anything to you. The basis for each trade / sale is trust.

The whole "discussion" makes no sense. There are only 2 options: Whether Xi11West pays the things he bought or not. It's free to him to buy an insurance option. But if there is no payment I will do the same I will do with every not reliable seller. So there is no problem. Ebay will have the same opinion like me.
