i owe someone in russia some money. last time i want to transfere it
to his paypal account. but i always recieved the message that i am not
allowed to transfer money to russia!! had anyone anytime the same
problem?
any ideas how to transfere the money? i don't want to ship the money
by post. i think that is to unsecure!

depending how much you owe... if up to 200$ us, i use money gram -turnes out about 6-8$ per transaction, if amount goes beyond 200 but under a 1000 - western union or money gram is some what an option, but anywhere from 500-5000 i use plain and simple money wire (wells fargo or similar)
