I had some interesting Fujitsu chips come in.
The top is off one of them. Cool looking inside!
I will probably offer them here if there is some interest in them.

Hi,
there are 3 Fujitsu CMOS gate arrays, series MB60 and MB61 (500 to 1.500 usable gates depending on the type). These chips were widely used in many Amdahl's computers and peripherals, as well as in some Data General board.
The MB8763, according to this: http://www.cpu-world.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=50281 is a DSP.
The open chip is a MB60/61 or a MB8763?
It seems to be more complex that an ordinary gate array (whose structure is simple and recursive).
