yea, everything on google says pentium 150..
its obviously not though, and it says 'c850' at the top, so it probably is a celeron 850. |

| Definitely not 850MHz. That's a .25u core dixon mobile in uPGA package, either Celeron or P2. I'd guess the speed is somewhere between 266-400MHz |

This cpu has cache on die. My PII Mobile 233 & 266 don't have cache on die (my 333 & 366 does) so I think it is between 300 & 400 MHz... |
