What is this ? I think Celeron 850 mobile ES but not sure because sspec is identical as in Pentium 150.

yea, everything on google says pentium 150..

its obviously not though, and it says 'c850' at the top, so it probably is a celeron 850.

Definitely not 850MHz. That's a .25u core dixon mobile in uPGA package, either Celeron or P2. I'd guess the speed is somewhere between 266-400MHz

This cpu has cache on die. My PII Mobile 233 & 266 don't have cache on die (my 333 & 366 does) so I think it is between 300 & 400 MHz...
