the filters on the Xeon 5000 series page.. are a bit screwy to say the least Laughing
http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Xeon/TYPE-Xeon%205000.html

the 5050 comes up as the fastest & comes in L2 cache sizes from 1.5 - 12MB Shocked

more amazing come in dual, quad or 6 core with a QPI of 2400, 2933 or 3200MHz Laughing

I'm going to move Xeon 50xx, 51xx, 52xx, etc CPUs into their own groups. They don't belong on one huge screen as it's difficult to filter them, and it's difficult to understand the differences between them. This will simplify the filters, and it will allow me to link them together (previous/next/related families), like it's done with non-Xeon families.

Fixed. Thank for the correction!

would be nice if there was a filter for socket type on Third Generation Opterons Smile

http://www.cpu-world.com/info/id/Intel-80486-identification.html

is missing info on SB and SC prefixes for the features code (like SB5V2X and SC3V1X)

I don't know how to decode them. They may designate core stepping, but I don't have enough data to confirm it.

Yah I dont think they are core stepping as my price list lists stepping, and the SA, SB and SC

For example:
SA came in A-1 and AA-0 stepping
SB came in A-1 and AA-0 stepping
SC came in AA-0 and AA-01 stepping

DX chips also mention SA and SB
DX2 chips mention SA SC and DA

It looks like:
S = normal (Write-Through?) cache
D = Enhanced Write back cache
A = 5V 1X
B = 5V 2X
C = 3.3V 1X

This is similar to what is used on 386s as well
S = standard temp
T = exTended
A,B,C = voltages

http://www.cpu-world.com/sspec/QG/QGLD.html

the info of this doesn't fit Confused

if it is 533FSB.. then it should be 1.53GHz and multiplier of 11.5

has anyone tested theirs from this sale

You're right, LF80539GE0212M part number doesn't make sense. Intel shows two part numbers for this QDF number: LF80539GF0212M and LF80539GE0212M. I think that LF80539GF0212M is the correct one.

I updated part number and changed FSB to 667 MHz for QGLD.

There was an error in my files, that prevented setting filter for Xeon 5000-series processors. This is fixed now. I also moved all 3x00/5x00 Xeons into separate sub-families (3000, 31000, 32000, etc).

http://www.cpu-world.com/sspec/SL/SL7K9.html

Shouldnt the voltage be 1.25-1.525 like:
http://www.cpu-world.com/sspec/SL/SL7D8.html

I presume QFY7 should have the L2 cache listed as 512k, not as 256

due to its part number & being Prestonia core

It can be 1.25V-1.525V, or 1.287V - 1.4V. Original (incorrect) voltage was probably taken from processorfinder. I can't find voltage data for this S-spec on Intel site, so I removed voltage for the S-spec from the S-spec database.

My SL7K9 NIB says 1.4V max on the box. (so does my SL7D8)
