Hi I acquired some time ago on ebay a faily rare cpu. It is as listed in the subject line a Samsung 21264B-0940VWN EV67
Not unlike a group buy for five similar cpus I found on this website.
I would like to find some detailed datasheets, so I may find out what systems may take this cpu and possibly also for a future project.
Samsung Semis website does not deliver on any part number search.

Thanks for the feedback, I know its an Alpha, what I meant by rare though, was that its a Samsung, 940 MHZ part.
Most references don't show the EV67 clocking that high.
I was of the understanding that the EV67 Alpha had struggled to clock higher than 833.
Anyway, thanks for the links.
