http://www.cpushack.com/2011/02/05/atmel-buys-mhs-again-the-twisted-history-of-atmel-temic-and-mhs/

I actually started this article thinking I was just going to make a short blurb about Atmel buying another IC company, but then I decided I best explain the significance, and how interrelated Atmel, Temic, and MHS are/were (with some SEEQ and Telefunken thrown in for good measure)
