The Intel Spec Finder mentions NOTHING about Hyper-Threading technology for sSpec SL6WG.
The CPU World Spec Finder says "These processors include
Hyper-Threading technology."

Which Spec Finder should I go by, and why do they differ ??

Intel provides two main sources for S-spec information - processorfinder website, and processor specification updates (PDF documents). Both sources are not 100% correct, and they are not always in sync with each other. CPU-World s-spec database is based on data from specification updates, therefore it's a bit different from processorfinder.

Back to SL6WG - I checked Intel specification update for Pentium 4 processors. The update does say that the SL6WG has Hyper-Threading Technology.

Gennadiy - Thanks for the very full, and comprehensive answers, and for the homework you did.
(I didn’t know Intel had a specification update).

It seems the CPU-World Spec Finder is VERY reliable, since it’s database is based on updates.
Thanks once again !!

Gennadiy,
Do you have a link to that Intel specification update, so that I can
double-check other sSpec numbers ?
Thanks in advance !!
