Hi
I've Packabell EasyNote with AMD Turion 64 ML-28. the system is winXP most time,it gets hot and it shuts down suddenly when i try to install software like Vista or 7.
Can i upgrade it ? how to do ?

You have to clean cooling system and put fresh thermal gease in this notebook.

You should be able to upgrade to higher clocked ML-xx processors, or, better yet, to MT-xx. MT-xx have lower Thermal Design Power, so your laptop may run longer and cooler. All ML-xx and MT-xx CPUs have the same core stepping, so it's unlikely that you will need to upgrade BIOS. Dual-core processors are not supported by your socket.

and your socket is 754. Search only for mobile version CPUs like gsh wrote.
