That's more like IBM's chip. 80P2223 and 98P2653 are the part numbers.

btw..the chip was on hp board card... ....and also i see the part number HP 2446xxx
no idea if the manuf is ibm for hp or its IBM itself......

the card its have some connectors like scasi controlles andsome other i donthave see similar....
also the chip have hetsink ......
no dates or other marking of the purpose of the card exept the fcc canadian rules blahh blahh... Smile
also thischip andother 2 ram or roms are the only components of the card.....nothing else..

also some 7-8 little leds on the card....
unfortunally i throw away the card

its a custom iBM Ultra320 SCSI controller (also used in IBM servers like the xSeries 306

Probably a ASIC that includes a PowerPC

im was think the same about some scsi controller or raid scsi something stuff......
