Nice variety here
All chips are NOS
7x MHS P8032AH (these are the earlier NMOS version) $5
3x TI TMS320E17JDL 20.5MHz DSP w/ 4k EPROM $10
ALOT x Mitsubishi/Renasas M30620SAFP 16bit (M16C/60 family) 16bit 16MHz $2 each
4x Motorola XPC860PZP80D4 - 80MHz PowerPC 860P (highest speed, largest cache) Rev D.4 $8
3x Ubicom SX28AC/SS - High speed PIC clone $6
3x Ubicom SX20AC/SS - High speed PIC clone $6
Ubicom (formerly Scenix) SX microcontrollers are PIC compatible processors. They are PIC16C5x compatible but run at 75MHz. They are often used in the Parallax MCU boards. THe SX28 is the same as the SX20 just with more I/O pins _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
