Is my CPU 64 bit or 32 bit?

I recently found a LGA 775 Intel Pentium D 950 CPU at 3.40ghz and i looking at installing Windows 7 on it with 4gbs or RAM is this CPU a 32 bit or 64 bit? If you need anymore info, just ask! Thanks Wink

Its a 64bit CPU (Presler Dual core)

there is a patch for 32 bit win built 7600 systems to see over 4gb ram:
