The 386 was remarked by fakers just like any other chip, but this is the first I have found in a computer locally.
Looking at the first pic it doesn't look to bad.
While I was checking it against others on the web I even found that the same chip is on Chipdb & in at least one collection and listed as ok.
But looking at the second pic you may be able to pick the obvious fault ? _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:

So the engravings aren't actually engraved? The font doesn't actually look too bad - perhaps they photocopied it from a real chip? _________________ General failure reading disk in drive A

The markings are NOT engraved, but I didn't notice at first as the font didn't set off any alarm bells _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:

Are you looking for SX211 in particular or any DX-33 with that logo & double sigma ?
as I know your not a sSpec collector
EDIT >> SX211 is the only sSpec that comes in that logo & marked with double sigma.. so there is no other choices _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:
