I got the chip here,only know it's 775 intel cpu.

it is actually 771-pin LGA
Intel has a partnership with Oracle in developing Cluster systems. Currently they are using 5600 & 7500 Xeons.
This is probably from previous generation systems development using the 5400 xeon
