Hello, in the first place I sorry for my bad English. I am putting order in my small collection and some doubts have arisen me.
In the first place I acquired an IBM board with numeration 80P3108 of rs6000 275 that in theory mounts a POWER4+ to 1 GHz but in online stores listed it as 1.2 GHz POWER4+ and I would like to confirm the version that is. One photo:
On the other hand, I have acquired two boards POWER3-II 333 MHz which are:
As you can see, one of the Chips is normal, but the other is remarked and since I do not have much experience with IBM not know how normal is.
I think tat 06K6006 is for 375 MHz (http://www.cpu-world.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=57399) and 06K6007 is for 333 MHz (http://www.cpu-world.com/info/IBM-parts.html) but...
In order to change of subject photos of 486. He is false the one of the left? , the mark seems to me of little quality.
Somebody knows that it means the asterisk here?
I only saw in this tipe of motorola.

The 486 on the left looks fake. Bottom left corner dot looks faded, maybe from sanding or other abrasive pass.
But I'm not betting on it. |

Nothing wrong with the 486. The markings look good and the dates all agree.
the pin 1 marking varies depending on package manufacturer _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:
