HOW ABOUT THIS VLSI CPU,IT IS TANDEM CPU ,JUST FOUND TWO,EXTREMELY RARE THAN C4004.COULD BE TRADE C4004 or C4040?OFFER PLEASE.

I would say it's rarer than the C4004 but it doesn't mean the price/value of it will be over a C4004.
This is not that simple, I think. |

A trade for C4040 will be a very unfavorable for one of the traders  In my opinion I wouldn't give more than 30-35 EUR.
