Wow and Congrats on your new Website and on your 3rd year of being a member.
We both joined the same month (April 2008) and I don't have an exact count of my chips, but I've now got hundreds of CPU's and additional hundreds of other chips collected so far.
I have cataloged many of my Intel and AMD chips but just can't find the time to set up my own website for them... I have posted a few on Mixuer's shared web site and I'd be happy to provide pics of my drawers of collected chips for my 3rd anniversary. (I'll do this on a separate thread)
Just look back at the prices we paid only 3 years ago for common chips and look how costs have doubled or more to get them now (some because of soaring Gold prices).
Gotta love the chips we got "cheaply" lol.
Keep on truckin'! _________________ My collection list (growing) http://johnorun.x86-guide.com/en/collection.html |

Its looking good! I've been looking forward to seeing some of your chips.
If I may make a suggestion, perhaps you could have three photos of each chip - the two that you have plus a three quarter style photo. _________________ General failure reading disk in drive A

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll see what I can do, but it will increase the number of photos I have to take from 5000 to 7500 Maybe, stage 2 (which might turn out to be when I retire in 25 years hahaha) |

is your site on the same server as the work site?
I thought it was my work's internet connection.. but smithschips is a dog to load today even from the home connection _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:

I think it's on shared server, so that may explain why it's slow at times. It's a good start. I added a link to your site.
