System Specs.> 939socket K8N Neo 4. 3 gig ddr pc3200 ram. Amd64 bit 3500 CPU.
I will make this as short and sweet as possible. First, My problem isn't actually constant CPU usage from possible back ground services, share/malware, viruses etc. I do not know how to descrive this po\roblem accept to say that it DOESNT happen on my other PC.
The Problem: Upon loading my game server window"which basically is a program(.exe) that hosts a module I made for an online game," My cpu sits from 0-2 percent like it should if I dont touch it or MOVE MY MOUSE CURSOR ACROSS THE ACTUAL INTERFACE ITSELF(important). When I take my mouse cursor and move it across the server window that is displayed on my screen my CPU Jumps to 75-90 percent and hangs UNTILL I take the mouse cursor off. My gods what is this? It doesnt happen on my other PC and I host the same kind of server console.
In Conclusion: I have defraged, I am reinstalled chipset drivers, "windows, double checked to see if my RAM was installed correctly. Any suggestions?
