This mainly for the chinese collectors.
Is there a place in China that has more lax customs then others?
Be worth finding one if possible, as then packages could be shipped there, and then reshipped internally.
Or smuggle them from Hong Kong.
Or get a less stupid govt lol

We're pretty lucky here in Oz. I ship 20kg+ every 2 - 3 months with no tax or duties payable
