Thanks to everyone's help in the last post.
Also thanks to your warm welcome Very Happy

Thanks CPUShark set up AVICC account for me.

I was so lucky that I ordered few CPUs from silice's big sale.

As conversation with silice, I was told he can do free shipping to AVICC or send to me directly by pay him postage.

So the Question is:
With the shipping process with AVICC, does that mean he ships all the chips I need to AVICC? Then I pay him through AVICC and also pay the postage to AVICC, AVICC ships me the chips after?

What you guys usually use for such transaction?
What would you recommend?

Thanks,
Neo

Shipping stuff here makes sense if you are going to, or already have other chips here, then shipping all at once to you is usually cheaper then having parcels with just your chips come to you from all over.

Most people set in their sales how payment is to be made
Large sales.. normally pay by paypal
Small sales the seller may say that Chip Pay can used used (Chip Pay is a $ funds balance in Avicc)

With Silices sale.. I got mine shipped direct as it was quite large (but post from Europe to Oz is not cheap)
I paid him for the chips & shipping by Paypal

It is quite often cheaper to send to US then ship to Oz.. but it does take a longer time

So if you get your chips shipped to Avicc, pay silice by paypal
Once they are there.. You can wait till you have more chips (from forum sales or US ebay) before shipping to Oz
or you can ask CPUShack to organise shipment as soon as it arrives and unpacked.

The shipping from Avicc to Oz you pay Avicc (CPUShack) normally by Paypal.

Personally I wait till I have at least 15kgs before I organise CPUShack to make the shipment to me.
