Have got similar in Athlon.. is a production chip with the old part numbering (same part number that would of been used on ES/QS chips)
Most likely a Palomino core Athlon that the full 256k cache failed on

Just not sure if 1500 is real or rated speed... will check bridges to see which it is but i suspect rated

I've never seen Duron 1500 before. So it could be a remark, rated speed, or some ultra rare OEM processor, or early production chip that was canceled. I doubt it 's a rated speed. It is not probably an OEM part, otherwise we'd hear more about it.

BTW, the "D" package was used on some Morgan Durons - I have Duron 1400 in a package like that.

looks like bridges set to a multiplier of 15
so made to run on 200FSB and run at 1500GHz

by the bridges.. cache is set to 64k

week 52 2001 is one of the earliest dates for the stepping code AGOIA

1500GHz has got to be the fasted Duron made in that package
