Hi,
the very nice AT&T chips likely came from AT&T/Lucent 5ESS (Electronic Switching System) boards. This kind of chip has been used in several different AT&T telecom products (PABX). IMHO they are custom digital ICs, most likely gate arrays. But, it's only a opinion.
For sure the WE 364P came from a 5ESS board.

Hi,
your 73F5018 has 361 pins (19 by 19). According to this document: http://zmoore.net/RSC%20ICCD92.pdf the IBM RSC processor has only 201 "Signal I/O" pins: there are 160 "power/ground" terminals? The same article says the RSC is packaged in a 36mm ceramic PGA package. For sure I know, because I have it on a IBM board in my collection, this exact kind of package has been used both in 4361 and 4381 (not CPU) mainframe cards. Since a friend of mine has a vintage IBM 7011-220 workstation, powered by the RSC, I'll open it to see the package of the CPU.

WOW, White Electronic Designs RISC Microprocessor Module WEDC chip is wonderful, http://www.datasheetarchive.com/WED3C750A8M-200BI*-datasheet.html#)

The first is great too, but only is an HP Custom IC (http://www.sphere.bc.ca/test/hp-parts/hpparts3.html)
