This is a remarked Intel C4040.
As can be clearly seen in the bottom picture of it,the original datecode is "Malaysia 7515", the new covered datecode is "Malaysia 7611".
Who konws why?

the font on the new marking isnt intel original.....i think... the old marking looking good ..Also The top isok for me....the overall condition is Very nice....
its yours Or found it in some seller -site?

I think the packages were coded before
the chipdie was mounted, maybe a reused
overproduction.

It is from an USA IEEE Engineer with prolog board and other chipset.
I believe it is real. John once asked me if I want to test them but I thought testing is unnecessary.
