Reasonably sure. It "fits" along with the other items that I received in the same group of IC's.
I suspect the logo may be a from a company named CMI (Computer Microtechnology, Inc.). I found a reference in a technical paper regarding LSI memories.
"This circuit is used in most of the 256-bit decoded MOS RAM'S manufactured by Intel, lntersil and Computer Microtechnology." And, Computer Microtechnology Inc. was involved with AMS
(Advanced Memory Systems) and was eventually bought out by AMS in 1973. _________________ The two most common elements on Earth are oxygen and stupidity. |

Thanks for the reference. I think the logo could be CMI. Chiefish's picture is more clear. I have others looking into this as well. _________________ The two most common elements on Earth are oxygen and stupidity. |

Maybe I'll have to do that. Have one here that has bad corrosion from the black foam it was stored in. _________________ The two most common elements on Earth are oxygen and stupidity. |
