xeon MP 2.0

Hello, i was looking for some cpus for 2 dual xeons systems i am building, one is gigabyte sr-125 the other uses an Intel SE7500CW2 motherboard.


I located 2 xeons to start but when they arrived they were 2.0 Mp 1mb L3 cache, both MB say they support 512 L2 cache, problem not sure if i can use these Xeon MP cpus or if i can will the L3 cache be used?

Did not buy them as MP but as normal xeon with 512 cache, only cost me £45 so if no good may make a small profit on resale.
