Nope, I've never even seen it mentioned in Motorola datasheets.

I haven't seen a motorola chip in such a package, but I sure know that package type: it was used e.g. by Hitachi for the HD64180, which later became the Zilog Z180. I used this CPU for a CP/M single board computer (the c't180 from the german computer magazine c't). I remember the socket for it was quite expensive and not so easy to get  |

There are also Hitachi 68K processors in the same package:
I was looking for Hitachi chips in this package for long time, and only recently acquired a few chips.
