I was watching that auction as well. I thought about sending a message, but considering the condition and low odds of it actually being an ES, laziness got the better of me. Rolling Eyes

well be glad you were lazy this time Laughing

Late production 486 made in Malay often the ES coding on the die cap, just like early production P1s

other 2 letter die codings commonly used were AF, BV, CS, CM, CX, CY, CZ, DI, DL, DV, DQ, EW
these were used up until ~ week 34 1996 then they stopped using them
