Can I install an AMD FSB133 CPU on a fixed FSB100 motherboard?

Yes, you can, but it will run slower. The speed of your processor is calculated as 133 MHz FSB speed * clock multiplier, and for production processors the multiplier is locked. So, if you run it at 100 MHz FSB it will run at 3/4 (100/133) of its designated speed.
