The bottom one should be a ES. If i got it right it says QK03ES. This particular s-spec seems undocumented but there are simliar sspecs like QKxxx. For example QK34ES

Yes, there are have "QG8200SMCH" on it. It is a controller chip ?

yah its a chipset, not a CPU
