Hello, I recently adquired my first geode and for this i arent a expert in it xD

The chip is National Semiconductor Geode GXM-200P 2.9 70C


but in:

http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/MediaGX/index.html

and

http://www.cpu-world.com/info/NS/Geode_order_numbers.html

not apear and the order nuber 30040-23 that have the chip is for 60C not for 70C.

Is fake my first geode chip????

Good chance, as MediaGXs were one of the most faked chips.

ah no worries man, it happens. I have even seen Pentium 75s remarked as 500MHz MediaGXs lol almost worth collecting fakes of that magnitude Smile
